Cozy house with garden and bicycles

Entire apartment 2.5 km from the historic center of Domodossola composed of kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. At guests' disposal also a garden with barbecue and three bicycles to explore the surroundings. In front of the house there is a private space to park the car. Ideal for those seeking tranquility but also adventure, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Furry friends only of small size. The apartment, of about 90 m2, is located on the first floor without elevator of a semi-detached house. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (170x190cm) and is connected to the living room by a balcony that makes both rooms bright. The second bedroom has two single beds and a cot for a fifth guest. In the living room you can relax on two comfortable sofas while watching Netflix on TV (32") or listening to vinyl. The kitchen is equipped with a table for eating, 100 litre fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave oven, crockery. There is a coffee machine and a selection of teas and herbal teas. Wi-Fi at 30 mbps accessible from all over the house. The entire apartment is available exclusively to guests. The entrance and the garden are shared with the other apartment. I live in the apartment next door and am available for any information, advice or problems during the stay. At 100 meters you can find a supermarket open until midnight and a pharmacy. A shopping centre with cinemas, restaurants and various shops is a 5-minute walk away. At 15 minutes by bike (2.5 km) the historic center of Domodossola with the fifteenth-century market square, the Renaissance Palazzo Silva and the Palazzo San Francesco. The sacred Mount Calvary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the highway exit. In front of the apartment there is a bus stop for three lines to reach the center of Domodossola, the waterfall of Toce and Varzo. The entire apartment is rented in the form of a tourist rental and has a identification code (CIR). To meet the requirements of Italian law, during check in it is necessary to provide the identity documents of all guests. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator. In the apartment next door there is a small dog. On the ground floor there is a body shop in operation during working hours.
