We are located near Reynoldsburg & Columbus border ( East Columbus) and approximately 1.5 miles close to I-270 N/S. ==>15 mins drive to CMH Airport, and Easton ==> Polaris: 23 mins /20 mi ==> OSU: 19 mins/14 mi ==> Mapfre stadium: 18 mins /13 mi My place is close to public transport, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance,quiet, and secure neighborhood. My place is good for couples,solo adventurers, and business travelers. Apartment is clean,great water shower,and very secure neighborhood Our home has surrounding noises as it is close to interstate,as well as neighbors upstairs (sometimes not always).We provide ear plugs and if your are light sleeper ,then this is not the right place for you. Plenty of on-premises parking, and very secure Easy access from highways Our apartment is in a safe, and secure neighborhood. You will have access to the microwave(To warm your food)but please provide your own food.You can have access to refrigerator to store your food and also for ice No access to OVEN or Hair Dryer. Our bathroom is busy from 7:30AM to 8:15AM (weekdays) Also,we do provide light snacks. Shared Bathroom/Free Wi-Fi/Free Parking, and we provide towels & bedding basic toiletries. My work schedule is a little all over the place. But when I'm not working I'm happy to interact with my guests, and would also respect their privacy.This is the home with kids so please respect our privacy and vice versa.Always pleasure to host our guests. ==> Neighborhood is very secure. ==> Near to Interstates (i.e. 270 N/S & 70 E/W) ==> On-Premises, and plenty of Parking space available ==> 15 mins drive to John Glenn Columbus International Airport(i.e. CMH Airport), and Easton ==> 17 mins drive to Convention Center It is 0.6 mile to public transport. 5 key points before you chose our place: ======================================== 1.Accurate Communication (i.e. Arrival Info with number of guests, Extenuating circumstances are understandable but atleast 1 Hr prior notice) 2. Adhering to House Rules especially Check-in & Checkout times Extra guest $7 after 1 guest.We provide twin size mattress for extra guest 3. NO SMOKING/NO ALCOHOL/No Pets/No Partying/No Loud music or hate speech. Quiet Hours : 10 PM-6AM If found SMOKING in the room or within premises,then your reservation will be right away canceled and penalized. 4. NO COOKING but microwave is accessible with courtesy to warm the food but no access to OVEN or Hair Dryer. 5. Clean up after yourself We request the guests to clean up after yourself.Shower before going to bed, and genuine travelers are appreciated. This is a home where we share our space and would like to have pleasant AirBnB experience for us and all of our future guests. We go to sleep at around 10 PM and wake up at around 7 AM (Bathroom will be kind of busy between 7-30AM to 8-15AM in the weekdays, but can adjust with guest's needs). If you are sensitive to sound in the mornings or ' Light Sleeper' or sensitive to surrounding noise then it might not be right for you.If you are a heavy smoker or occasional light smoker then this is not the right place. Even though you smoke outside we cannot host you.This is our home with kid.Please understand us.
