Charming 18C water mill nestled into the Gartempe valley on the beautiful river Vincou, one of the last remaining salmon rivers in France. The property is unique and quirky. Large garden with barbecue. Washing machine. Access to owners swimming pool at 500m (5 minutes walk from Le Moulin). Le Moulin is a completely private property hidden down at the end of a track. It is not overlooked and can't even be seen from the farm! Guests can follow the marked footpaths around the farm but are not permitted to enter any of the paddocks. We (my husband Mathieu, our 10 year old daughter and I) live and work 500m from Le Moulin on our farm where we train and breed competition horses. We have a very busy lifestyle but will always be on hand if needed for our guests. The history of Bellac, in the department of Haute-Vienne, goes back to the 10th century. Traces of Bellac's past can still be seen in its hilltop houses and picturesque side streets. There is a local market every Wednesday and Saturday mornings and plenty to see and do in the local area. There is a train station in Bellac which has lines to Limoges and Poitiers. Guests are welcome to use our large outdoor swimming pool during the day. The pool is enclosed in its own area, separate to our garden, about 500m from Le Moulin. Closed from November
