A 15min walk gets you to the award winning beach with surfboard and kayak hire from St Vedas Surf school. Divers are 1 .5miles from St Abbs harbour which offers some of the best diving in the UK and walkers can take in the stunning views of the Berwickshire coastline. Downstairs w.c with wash hand basin. Upstairs is one bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. Coldingham is a bustling village and can get extremely busy in peak season. Coldingham gets very busy in the holiday season so please be sensible when you park. The High Street then running into Fishers Brae is unrestricted parking so you can park on the road. The small lay-by in front of the cottage is also fine. Do not park in the resident bays directly outside the flats on Fishers Brae. Do not park in the Brae Head cul-de-sac. While there are buses to and from Berwick Upon Tweed, a car is recommended. Berwick Upon Tweed mainline station is approx 15 miles Coldingham gets extremely busy, especially in peak season. Mobile Broadband provided is suitable for basic browsing/internet use for your short break. If super fast, reliable broadband is life and death then this isn't the property for you. The property is attached to another busy holiday home so there may be potential for noise, especially in peak season. Historically, the shower room was downstairs. There is now a shower room upstairs. The downstairs shower has been decommissioned hence why we advertise downstairs wc with whb only. Two adults maximum.
