Late check-out is not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed in advance. 5/ Sometimes we are not at our places when you check out, please leave back the Resident Cards in the room, turn off all electricity and close the door. Luggage keeping is not guaranteed and needs advance notice. 6/ Make sure to contact us first through Airbnb if you have any questions about the house. 8/ The receptionists and the securities are the building's staffs, not from our team. They don't receive cards, delivery. So make sure you get in touch with us first. But they can help you call the taxi.
