Contemporary Oasis w/queen bed in shared Chic Apt

Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, with contemporary Queen bed available within my “Townhouse' in Kent Town a short walk from the CBD/Festival activity. Must climb stairs as home is 2 stories. Main bathroom is shared however has second toilet on ground. Your bedroom has direct access to a spacious balcony to watch the world go by. Kent Town is a Adelaide's inner coveted eastern fringe of the city, close to parklands. Very convenient to the CBD. On street visitor permit parking is available. The bedroom is private & secure with comfortable queen bed and my home is warm in winter & cool in summer. The apartment has high end finishing’s and appliances with an open plan equipped kitchen, living and dining. Small European styled laundry. You are most welcome to use whatever kitchen utensils and/or pots & pans if you wish to cook. If using the bedroom for food sundries, snacks please bring any uneaten food and ensure dirty crockery is brought down to the kitchen and placed in the dishwasher. Please keep house clean and tidy. You will share the house with me and my indoor ‘Cats’ that mostly sleep during the day until I get home. (They are not to be let outside). No smoking inside or out and keep noise down after 10 pm, so no parties please. Thank you Open plan living and dining, Courtyard and Balcony with seating. Early Check-in during a work week can be arranged, the time just needs to be mutually agreed. I am more than happy to oblige. Weekend check-ins are anytime from 11am. Assistance and entertainment ideas can be offered. A local map and Adelaide information booklets can be found in the console table drawer in the bedroom. Kent Town is on Adelaide's inner coveted eastern fringe of the city, (about 12 minute walk into the centre of the CBD) just across the parklands. There are many numerous great coffee spots close by and easy walking distance to The East End (Rundle Street) with it’s great social atmosphere with numerous fabulous bars, restaurants and local pubs. My apartment is literally a 7 minute walk to the East End, and is especially close to the Adelaide festival fringe “garden of unearthly delights”, Botanic Gardens, Rundle mall for shopping and close by is the Botanic gardens tram spot that takes you to the Adelaide Oval, Museums/Art gallery along Adelaide’s historic North Terrace precinct plus also links to the tram that will take you to the Glenelg beach area. You can almost walk everywhere! There is a free city loop bus that will get you to our wonderful Central market, a foodie heaven, and/or free tram that takes you to the North terrace cultural area and North Adelaide/Adelaide Oval or take the free tram from the Botanic stop to the Entertainment centre. The beach isn’t far away either, another tram ride from the CBD to Glenelg. Another close area is Norwood Parade, about a 20 minute walk (a local area for clothes shopping, supermarkets and with more restaurants). A Taxi or Uber to and from the airport will take approx. 20-25mins (Uber normally $25 - $32). Within the main apartment complex (separate from the private entrance that has direct street access to the townhouse) there is a “rustic cafe” that provides tasty meals & has great coffee/breakfast options. Also within the apartment complex is a ‘Pizza' cafe called Pan & Vine. Very popular. In addition, we have a hairdresser. Overall everyone within the complex are super friendly. Please when booking please confirm that you have been fully Covid vaccinated. If not then message me as this will determine my acceptance of your booking.
