Three-bedroom home surrounded by ironbark trees, two queen rooms and one twin single room consisting of 2 single beds. Separate toilet, bathroom and laundry for your use. We provide washing detergent for your convenience. lounge and dining area with cosy kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking. Kids board games and Nintendo Wii is available for use so kids don’t get bored. Take a walk around the 14 acres of bush surrounding the property and the nearby national park. Please watch if you have young children as we have a dam at the back of the property and no rails on the back veranda. The house yard is enclosed so you must open a gate to get to the dam, perfect if you are bringing your pets along, this keeps them safe form the road. Local traffic only. Wonderful spot for bird watching, we are interested to know what species of birds call our land home. Kookaburras, parrots, babblers and native miners are amongst a few. We would love to see any photos you may get of our wildlife. We have made a little track around the property which is perfect for a BMX bike or walking track. Charlie and daisy are our local kookaburra friends who may pop by and wait for food on the deck. Fire pit out the back behind the games shed is to be enjoyed, *(please note, lighting of outdoor fires is not permitted from October 1st - June 1st) roast some marshmallows or cook a BBQ whilst relaxing and taking in the scenery. BBQ is also provided under the carport if weather isn’t cooperating. Games room is a separate shed with some of our interesting treasures, pool table and dart board. Bar fridge also for your use. Coffee pod machine and milk frother available as well as instant coffee and tea. All areas, one garage however is locked with our belongings.
