Unity House South

The 1BA/2BD unit is in the front of the Unity House with a new washer and dryer in a laundry room, and a new kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs have a total of three double beds and one single bed. Living room has a fireplace, a porch, and two single beds. More single beds can be added upon request. The house was just fully renovated. We have some cookware and utensils. Please bring your own cookwares and utensils. If you book for two people, you will be using the two twin beds in the living room. If you book for four people, you will be using the two twin beds in the living room and one twin bed and one full-size bed in the bedroom upstairs to your right. If you book for more than 4 people, you will also be given access to the bedroom upstairs to your left. In either case, you will be given access to the kitchen and laundry room. You will be given a code to retrieve your key from a lock box by the front entrance door. The back door to the house is the entrance for a separate unit. The property manager is about 2 minutes away at Unity Lodge. She is either in the office or room 12. You can walk to the Ohio River and the Scenic Byway within five minutes. The house is also within a five-minute drive to the Golconda Marina, the Golconda Food Mart, restaurants, bars, and stores. Many attractions in the Shawnee National Forest and Southern Illinois are within a 30-minute drive.
