Cozy Rustic Two Story Apartment

Located on the famous Ausable River. 20 minutes to Whifeface Mountiain or Plattsburgh and the Plattsburgh International Airport. An hour and a half from Montreal. This can be your resting point after spending a fun filled day in the Adirondacks. At this location you have the opportunity to walk down to the river to fish, paint or just sit and relax in the beautiful surroundings. Your welcome to have an evening fire in our outdoors fire pit with beautiful scenic views of the river. The apartments were built into what was the hay barn to a working farm. They are very comfortable rustic two story apartments. We have minimal comments about the noise level, but we want guests who are noise sensitive to be aware that these are not single units. There are 4 units. You have complete assess to the entire apartment that you rent. We certainly enjoy socializing with our guests, but always want to be considerate of their privacy and time. We are located on 9N which is a central route from the 87 Northway that easily connects with routes leading to many of the High Peak mountains and Lake Placid. We are located only 20 mins from the scenic ferry ride at Port Kent NY that takes you right into Burlington Vermont, 10 mins from the beautiful Ausable Chasm, and we are only a hour and a half from Montreal. There is internet service with an internet/wired jack.
