Beautiful Waterfront Marina Apartment
Upper Level, north facing, waterfront, one bedroom apartment overlooking the Marina located at Couran Cove Island Resort. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and conveniently located within walking distance to all resort amenities including waterpark, pools, tennis courts, cafes, bike tracks, games venue, walking tracks, rainforest boardwalk. Alternatively do nothing, sit back and relax on the balcony and watch the native wallabies or enjoy sunset drinks at Sunset Bar. Our North facing Apartment is located on a sandy beach overlooking the Marina. The main bedroom contains 1 king bed, a Digital TV, air conditioning and loads of cupboard space. In the large living area there is a large lounge, air conditioning and another large Digital TV. The Apartment will comfortably Sleep 2 adults and 4 children. Or 4 adults. The beautiful Marble bathroom has a double vanity, separate bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Sliding doors take you onto a Large wooden balcony with a outdoor setting overlooking the Resort Marina. Microwave, gas cook rings, toaster, kettle and bar fridge in the apartment. Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery all there to use. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer in the room. 4 Towels, bed linen for the main bed and 2 sofa beds provided, and 2 toilet rolls. soap, shampoo and some basic kitchen supplies are all there for your use in the apartment. Additional supplies can be purchased from the shop. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Towels must not be taken out of the apartment. BYO food and drinks to make it a cheaper holiday. There is a general store selling limited goods too. BYO Alcohol is not permitted outside the apartment. As per Licence laws from the resort. Our Apartment is available privately through us, but you as our guest will still have full use of all the Resort Facilities on offer. RESORT ACCESS: Couran Cove Island Resort is accessible by private vessel, Resort Ferry or Water Tax. There is no car access to Couran Cove BOAT MOORING The Marina Berths at the resort are all owned and managed by the resort. You can book online at The Couran Cove website. Alternatively if you are travelling in your own private vessel, there is an area called JetSki Alley, which is located on the southern side of the A Arm in the marina (directly in front of our unit). You can park a small boat there free of charge. RESORT FERRY & PARKING Bookings essential via the Couran Cove website for an additional fee. There is some free on-street car parking around Mariners Cove Marina. WATER TAXI & PARKING There are a number of Water Taxi Services available which are cost effective for larger groups. Broadwater Taxi Service and Cove Water Taxi: Runaway Bay Marina has secure parking for a small fee (Several Water Taxi services depart from this location.) Check with Marina for details. Whilst we do not live at the resort, we are located only a short distance away. We are always contactable via phone or email. In an emergency there are reception staff and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Tipplers Restaurant, Bar and camp ground and Island Hideaway venue is only 2 kms away. Surf Beach is 2.5km away accessible by free Resort Shuttle Bus, walk or hire bikes. NO Pet Policy: As the island is a nature reserve NO pets are allowed. Wi-Fi There is no Wi-Fi available in the apartment, however Guest Wi-Fi is available at the resort reception area.
