Amenity; - 1min walk to bus stop - 8min walk to Shopping Centre (Woolworths and other stores) - 10min walk to train station (20 minute train ride into the CBD with trains every 10-20 minutes) - 5 min drive to every amenity possible - Quiet, Safe, Friendly & New Neighbourhood - Right opposite a lovely park that has its own BBQ and fitness training facilities. - 1 min walk to the Bus Stop that takes you to Williams Landing train station in 3-5 minutes. - 5 min walk from beautiful natural reserves like creeks and wetlands. - 5 to 7 minute walk to a monopoly of shops and the town centre (including restaurants & speciality stores) - Trains in Williams Landing run express to the CBD in 20-25 minutes. - Property is located in a tightly held pocket where there is limited availability for bookings. - Huge town centre down the road that caters to almost any need required. Guests have access to the whole property including the Garage, living areas, kitchens, Laundry, other toilet downstairs (excluding my bedroom off course). I am available as much as required via text / call. I will do my best to interact with guests to the best of my ability, however I can leave guests to themselves if that is what their preferences are! :) The neighbourhood is absolutely Lovely and Picturesque. It is cycle friendly, walking friendly, pet friendly & the bulk of the popular is made up of young professionals. Beautiful views of the park from my place and nearby to every amenity you could possibly need. The host is a member of the local community committee, which means he can show you around the locality to better help guests understand the lovely area they are staying in. Either which way you choose to travel, it is made easy at my place. If you wish to drive, my house is one of the first properties you encounter off the freeway (however far enough that you don’t hear a thing!) and I have parking available at in my driveway / on the street. If you wish to catch public transport then that is also a breeze! The train station is a 15 minute walk for those wanting to walk, however there is a bus-stop less than a 1-2 minute walk from my place that has 2 seperate bus routes which both take you to Williams Landing train station. The train line also is a 20-25 minute express ride into the CBD, with trains leaving every 10-15 minutes. The quality of materials provided in my house have been done so with the highest standard, with guests convenience in mind. Almost everything is provided for, from toothbrushes, toothpaste & cleaning products, to pantry staples & appliances. I’ve done the work, so you can come home and relax / go about your business.
