Comfy & Convenient Suburban Oasis

The Space Comfy and quiet, this is a nice alternative to hotel or urban accommodation. Apt is open, modern, and well equipped. Great room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 Easy access our Apt. It is on the first floor, a few steps above ground level. Art on the walls and hardwood floors help give it a special feel. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate up to four adults. There is a 42" flat screen TV , the Apt is equipped with Verizon Fios TV, internet, WI Fi for guests, Showtime & Netflix avail. For your Laundry there are coin operated washers and dryers a level below the Apt. Bedroom sleeps two in a Queen size bed. The prices indicated for the Apt are based on single or double occupancy. The unit has a convertible queen size sofa to allow for one or two more guests (more then two guest an extra fee of $35 per night will be charged per night). We take pride in being airbnb super hosts. Please note that we have always professionally cleaned & sanitized for our guests safety & comfort, this includes application of anti viral & anti bacterial products especially important during this worldwide health emergency so we all are safe. The Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. Prior to your arrival we will arrange by text or phone, to meet up to hand off keys and show you the Apt and its amenities. If your are arriving at an odd hour extremely late or early we will advise on how to open our lock box that will hold the entry keys for the Apt. Before and while the guests are here, we keep in touch, via phone or emails. We often are told by visitors...................... " The town of Westfield was great suprise ! " Westfield is an attractive upscale suburban community located app. 25 miles southwest of NY city. 45 min' in a car from NJ beaches. Westfield has won awards for its beautiful downtown. Charming streets, great parks, sports facilities, and friendly neighbors. It is a great place to relax, have the quiet and experience of small town America. Guests can do this while still able to experience and enjoy the many urban offerings that NYC, and our surrounding urban cities offer. Within an hour’s train or bus ride to NYC, yet return in the evening to the quiet of our cozy downtown with lots of great restaurants and night spots. We are the perfect location; one block to the NYC train or bus our Apt is in the Downtown. The NY Bus is direct to Port Authority, and no change of bus required. Newark airport is only 20 min away and has both domestic and international service Beaches are as close as a 45 minute ride. Please let us know if there is a need for parking or if you are coming without a vehicle. We can arrange for one parking spot behind the building if needed by the guest. Please advise your visitors not to park in the spots behind the building but to use public parking on the street or in the public lot. Be extra careful entering the driveway/alley & when pulling out of the parking behind the bldg as there are pedestrians that don’t seem to care wher they walk.
