Stay like a local! Flat is located in a friendly neighbourhood village of Benaulim which is in the South Coastal area of Goa. The flat is ideally located, going towards the North direction connects you to the city of Margao (13 mins/4.5km), going towards the South connects you the pristine coast of Benaulim Beach (10 mins/4.3km), other known beaches in the vicinity are Varca, Vaddi and Colva beach.The surroundings are tranquil and ever green with nature. "Come Stay"!! Great attention to detail has gone into the development and furnishing of the flat, ensuring comfort and safety whilst creating a friendly homely ambience and most importantly depict a feel of a home whilst you are away from your own home. The flat is humbly decorated, aesthetically well maintained and cleaned regularly. With addition to your private space, on the ground floor level you have a patio/driveway which is comfortably spacious which you can use to stretch do some yoga or alternatively host a small get together in the open (restrictions apply). We live on the site in a different household building, and can easily reached by ringing the bell. **There is a convenience store (Shop N Save Supermarket) in the surrounding and is a 3 mins walk from the flat. **The coast for enjoying Sun, Sand and the Ocean are in a 3-7km radius from the flat and you can get there within a time frame of 10-17 mins. **Major 5 Star Hotels are a 10-20 mins drive away. **There is local transport that runs to the city of Margao and the journey is covered in 45 mins. The Bus Stop being Shop N Save Supermarket, Taj Exotica Junction or Ladhni Khuris, 3 different landmark names but one bus stop. **The Goa International Airport is 28 km away and the journey can be covered in an hours time . **The Madgaon Railway Station is 5.1 km away and the journey can be covered in 15 mins. **We can arrange Airport Transfers at an additional charge. (Needs a prior notice of atleast 24hrs in advance) **If you need to hire a car, a push bike or an automobile, you can easily avail these from locals living in the vicinity of Benaulim Beach area near Maria Hall or in the neighbourhood, we have contacts numbers to give you, should you need them. ** We do have a strong Wifi connection installed of 5G with up to 150 mbps, the login details of which shall be made available to you at the time of check-in. **Electricity:The lighting and a handful connection output points in the apartment are backed up by an inverter should there be a power failure in the area.
