The house is a Gascon farmhouse , situated on a field of approximately 1.5 acres, with a beautiful view of the countryside (or the Pyrenees by day) and swimming pool protected by a mobile shelter. There is also a hut for children and a garden. The house is very comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / showers and 4 toilets. On the ground floor: The main living area is very spacious with a central fireplace which makes the transition between the large living room (including TV, video equipment and a large sofa) and the dining area, with a large table. It gives access to the terrace with a nice view and a direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a «piano» with 2 ovens, dishwasher). It is also very spacious and includes a large table, a TV and a fireplace. It has direct access to a covered terrace with table and garden. A large hall is between the kitchen and the large living room. Ground floor there are also 4 other rooms: Bedroom 1 : double bed (160cm), a sofa / bed for the sleeping person, a TV and large en suite shower room with WC, direct access to the pool. Location: The house is located about 3 km from the town of Fleurance, known for its beautiful hall and the market for small producers on Saturday. You can find all kinds of shops and several supermarkets. 10 km Lectoure is a very pretty town with baths / spa, very dynamic (festivals photo, pyrotechnics) and known for its excellent melons and small craft factory Pastel Blue. A little further are Auch (25 km), Agen (40 km) and Toulouse (80 km). The sea is about 2 hours and about 500 km to Barcelona.
