Entire 1500 sq ft private guest suite/walkout basement with private entry just a couple of miles from all that the Lake Minnetonka & Chanhassen area have to offer including Paisley Park. Includes a private bedroom with queen bed & a separate sleeping room with two twin beds, private full bath, kitchenette, family room surround TV system, Foosball and pool table. Shared backyard oasis with patio, grille, hot tub and fire pit. Private parking, access to shared full kitchen and laundry upstairs included. In addition to access to entire lower level, you have access to the backyard including patio with hot tub, deck with gas grille and at fire pit area. You also have access to the shared kitchen on the main floor for cooking beyond what you can do with the lower level kitchenette and gas grille as well as the laundry facilities on the main floor. We live upstairs and will be available to assist in your stay between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Excelsior is a quaint, historic city sitting on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. The area offers first class dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities both summer and winter. The area does have transit centers in both Excelsior and Chanhassen that offer bus service to downtown where you can connect with the light rail to St. Paul, the airport and Mall of America. Uber and Lyft are plentiful. The area has a series of 1st class bike trails with bike rentals available at several locations. Access to the private entry requires walking around from the front parking to the backyard with auto lighting along they way or park behind the house and walk directly to the lower level door, all without steps or stairs.
