Our quiet, neighborhood home is the perfect location to work, explore and play in Baltimore, Annapolis and all of the Washington DC area. • Three bedrooms, Three full bath, Fully outfitted Kitchen • Parking for 4 cars on driveway. Do not park on any grassy area. • Ten minutes from BWI airport, Maryland Live Casino, UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center • Easy access to I-95, I-295 and US-1 to Baltimore and DC and I-97 to Annapolis • Seven-miles to Dorsey MARC station • RokuTVs Simply Severn has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a 43-inch and 32-inch smart Roku TVs in the living rooms, logged into Netflix, and 3 full bathrooms. We provide a full kitchen, equipped for preparing a full meal for a family or group, and a dining table that seats eight. Through the french doors is an enclosed deck with a table and four chairs. Downstairs, we have a family room with a sofa-bed, a children's table, a desk, and a 32-inch smart Roku TV. A full-size washer/dryer is available for guests who wish to wash their own clothes. The large Master bedroom has a queen bed and sleeps two adults. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and sleep one or two guests. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sleeps two adults. The family room downstairs has a sleeper sofa that sleeps one or two guests. We have high-speed Internet and WiFi through Comcast with full coverage throughout the house. Our Roku TVs provide streaming apps and Xfinity Flex, but we do not provide cable or satellite service. The front door is equipped with a passcode lock to open the house. Check-in is at 3:00 pm The day you plan to check in, we will send you an Access Code to enter the house. The code will work after 3:00 pm, using the electronic keypad lock. Check-out is at 11:00 am Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at 11:30 am on your check-out day to prepare the house for the next group of guests. Late checkouts will incur an additional charge. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. No trailers, RV's or camping vehicles are permitted. Guest will have access to the whole house except the garage, one storage room and one closet downstairs which are all locked and not for guest use. Your hosts are available via the Airbnb App and will respond quickly to all inquiries and questions. Simply Severn is located in a quiet family-oriented residential neighborhood surrounded by tall trees. Nearby, Baltimore, Annapolis and DC provide fine dining, great entertainment and night life. Closer to home, you will be about one mile from a Royal Farms Convenience Store, a CVS and McDonalds. To the East, about 1.6 miles, is Quarterfield Shopping Center with a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Shoppers grocery store with online ordering and local delivery, Sam's Club, Lowes Home Improvement, Kohls, Rite-Aid and many restaurants. We are less than 4 miles from UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center and less than 5 miles to the Main Gate of Fort Meade. For additional shopping, entertainment and dining, we are about 5 miles from Arundel Mills and Marley Station Malls, Costco, Dave & Buster's, and the Cinemark Egyptian 24 movie theater with stadium seating. Neighborhood residents run an active Neighborhood Watch program and law enforcement officers live nearby, making this a very safe choice for your Maryland stay. The neighborhood does not have sidewalks or road shoulders. No parking is allowed on the street. Our house is the ideal location for visitors to the area and traveling professionals. We have easy access to I-97 toward Annapolis, I-95, I-295 and Route 1 to Baltimore and DC, and Routes 100 and 32 to areas in between. Our house is only 7 miles from the Dorsey MARC station on the Camden Line with 800+ available parking spaces. The Camden Line can get you North to Camden Yards in Downtown Baltimore City and South to Union Station in Washington D.C. with stops in Laurel and College Park. Baltimore Washington International Airport drop-off and pick up is about 6 miles away and the BWI Car Rental center is less than 5 miles away. A few things to note: One room and one closet downstairs and the garage are locked and not available for guests. The fireplace downstairs is not to be used and is closed for guest safety. Two motion-activated security cameras are mounted outside the home, only showing the front door and walkway and the back doors. These cameras are to aid in the safety of our guests and our home. Tampering with, removing, or disconnecting either of the cameras is will result in immediate cancellation of a users stay without refund. There are no cameras inside the home. Guests are responsible for arranging the shipment of the items left at the house to their house, and for paying the shipping cost for their items. Logistics details will be provided, once we are contacted about an item left at the house. Please do not use white towels or wash cloths for removing make-up or for cleaning purposes. Instead, use the grey towels and/or a grey wash cloth. Please do not wash any bed linen or towels. Please leave them in the white plastic basket in the laundry room. If you require additional towels or linens, please contact us and we can provide clean replacements. We ask that you clean any spills or messes that occur in the house. Extra trash bags are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Do not pour oil, cleaning liquid or chemicals in the sink (pour used oil in the container under the kitchen sink labeled ‘Used oil’). Please keep the refrigerator clean. Our home has a septic tank system and thus it is VERY important that only the provided septic-safe toilet paper is used by guests. No wipes, paper towels, facial tissues or other items can be flushed down the toilet. For personal hygiene items, please place them in one of the special brown paper bags from under bathroom the sinks, and put the bag in the trash can.
