There are 2 bedrooms (beds 140*200 cm), a cosy living/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. It´s in a 3-minute walk from University of Minho, close to the bus stop. It takes 5 minutes by car to a big shopping area (Bragaparque) and to the city centre, which is really breathtaking and full of history. Bright, comfortable and modern. The whole flat. I live about 20km away but I can be in contact all the time. It´s a quiet and peaceful family-like neighbourhood with small shops, cafés and restaurants. There are public transportation and easy access to the shopping centre, cinema and big supermarket and to the city centre. There is a close bus stop and a very good urban bus service. There are taxis and Uber available. Parking is free and safe. Easy access (about 30 minutes) to the beach, to the airport and to very important cities in the region which are really worth visiting: Porto, Guimarães, Barcelos, Viana do Castelo e Ponte de Lima. The garbage should be placed in the street after 8 pm, in tight bags and in the appropriate places. There are recycling containers available.
