My house on Witty Rd Moggill is a newly built custom design house. The area is very quiet and relaxed with an excellent bus service in walking distance. The house is set in a beautifully maintained garden setting with delightful tree views from the deck. The location will suit visiting family and friends from overseas who come to live in this friendly and welcoming community. As host I will enjoy sharing some home grown produce as you breakfast on the sunlit deck or maybe later a sun-downer! The bedroom is a clean and cosy room that is well lit and airy from windows on 2 sides with a modern bathroom and separate toilet just outside the door. There is a large closet with extra pillows and covers if required. You'll be welcome to relax on the deck with a cup of tea or coffee or maybe a wine at sunset and enjoy a magnificent panoramic view watching the birds feeding on the native shrubs. In the kitchen you are welcome to use the microwave, make a tea or coffee and store small amount of food in the frig. I would enjoy welcoming you to my home. Getting to know guests and socializing with you is always enjoyable but I will also respect your privacy and need for space if you would prefer. Moggill has a relaxed lifestyle with a country feel. There are horses and wide open paddock at the end of the street. The neighbors are very helpful. For those who like coffee there's an excellent cafes near by with a newly built tavern for well priced meals and an ale or wine. The bus station is at the Moggill Rd ens of Witty Rd a 20 minute walk away. Bus leave for Indooroopilly Shoppingtown, the city and Cultural Centre every 30 minutes from early in the morning to late at night. The Moggill ferry makes for quick access when you are coming in on the Warrigo Hwy from Warrick or Toowoomba.
