This sunny holiday apartment with views of gardens and the mountains around Trofaiach is ideal for nature lovers looking for a quiet, yet active stay. The appartment is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes, mountain tours, special mountain bike experiences, kayak tours. Golfers will also get their money's worth when playing golf on the course at the foot of the Reiting. In winter, the family ski area on the Präbichl, cross country lanes and popular ski touring peaks attract visitors. Quietly but centrally located on the edge of a residential area, our lovingly furnished attic flat is ideal for retro lovers. The living area is bright and inviting - with a wide view of the magnificent mountains of Hochsteiermark. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, cutlery, etc. There is a private terrace including garden furniture. The large garden with old fruit trees and herb garden can be shared. There is parking for two cars in front of the house. The washing machine and drying room can be used in the shared basement. The separate entrence is easily accessible from the parking area using the outdoor stairway. The area is very quiet (residential area). Shops of daily life are within walking distance (5 min. by bike). By car you can reach the centre of Trofaiach in 5 minutes (post office, pharmacy, several supermarkets, bakeries, shops, petrol station, banks etc.). In the immediate vicinity there are many hiking and walking paths and a Kneipp facility with fitness trail. The apartment is located in the heart of the Herzbergland - the green paradise of Austria. The area is known for its peace and nature. Within 30 minutes by car there are numerous options for sportsmen: mountaineering, climbing (Gesäuse, Hochschwab), kayaking (Salza, Ennstal), mountain lakes, alpine pastures, mountain biking, cycling (Murtalradweg), hiking, golf (nearby), horseback riding, heated outdoor pool. The world-famous Erzberg is also not far away. There are among other things: Motocross trails, cross-country skiing routes, ski tours and ski areas (e.g. Präbichl). The cultural and university city of Leoben is 30 minutes away by car. Please respect the current Corona regulations and bring a negative test result with you on your holiday. Thank you for your cooperation. For holiday stays only, we have to collect the local tax prescribed by the municipality for guests - currently € 1.50 p.p. and day. If you book the accommodation for more than 14 days due to work, this tax does not apply. Nevertheless, a registration form must be filled out.
