Only a very short stroll to some of the best venues in Canggu, you could not ask for a better location, 2 minutes walk to "Finn's Beach Club", the main Berawa Beach, endless dinning options and scattered along the way with eclectic boutiques and markets for a diverse shopping experience. Offering 3 newly decorated modern bedrooms, fully equipped renovated kitchen, all new furnishings throughout the villa. On the upper level there is the added addition of a pool table and large flat screen T.V with cable for you to enjoy or entertain friends. The outdoor patio area is basked in sunshine, there is top of the range gas bbq, if you want kick back we can arrange a chef to prepare for you and your guests with a menu of your choice. Breakfast can be arranged daily by the staff, this will be at an extra cost per person and made to order from your requested menu and serving time. The villa is perfectly located by the beach and would be suitable for small families or a group of friends who would like to enjoy all that Canggu has to offer at your doorstep. Villa can sleep 8 people, extra beds are at a cost of USD 35 per person per night and arranged in advance by one day. Guests have full use of the private villa. Available via telephone (Whats App) or email at all times. The famous "Finns Beach Club" is only a 2 minute walk and the main Berawa Beach, endless restaurants, cafes and shopping close by. Walking distance to many venues, restaurants and beach. Blue Bird Taxis are always available close by , ask for them to be metered only, Gojeks are available via downloading the application to your handphone, very efficient, safe and cost effective. Please note in Canggu, Ubers and Gojeks have red zones so they will only take you to a certain drop off point. This is to be noted late in the evening as the only transport available are the local transport and they can charge very high fees, walk to a taxi point or beyond the red zone will save you in transport costs throughout your stay. There is a construction site on the beach front, this has very little impact on the villa as it is located on the beach and the villa is on the back street side. We are taking every care to monitor the noise is on a daily basis and if will be uncomfortable for guests, we will inform guests updated reports prior to check-in if there is an issue, we will communicate with guests upon check-in to make sure there is no discomfort throughout their stay and help with any noise complaints.
