This place gives you warmth of nature along with comfort of the city. You won't need AC as the refreshing breeze from the Rankala lake keeps the place pleasantly cool even during summers. Very suitable for people visiting Mahalaxmi Temple, New palace, Panhala or it can be a pitstop on the way to Goa, Pune, Mumbai, Konkan. It looks over Rankala Lake which is a home to many native and migratory birds. Bird watching can be done sitting on the swing in balcony sipping tea. This place is just 2.5 kms from Mahalaxmi temple, 500 mtrs from Shalini Palace. Entire apartment will be accessible to the guests including kitchen. Kitchen has gas stove, mini fridge, RO/UV aqua guard. Guests can make tea/coffee and snacks if they wish. There is plenty of parking space available. I'll greet the guests at the time of check in and hand over the keys. Otherwise I'll be just a call away if anything is requires. The society is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Rankala chowpatty is a happening place every evening with lots of fast food options like bhel, panipuri, chat etc. There is also boating and horse riding on the Rankala chowpatty. Guests can take an auto rickshaw from the central bus stand or the railway station to reach the place. Plenty of auto rickshaws are available even till late night. Guests coming by private vehicles can directly reach the place easily. The flat is on the 5th floor. The apartment has 2 elevators with power back up. Free wifi is available for guests. Only families are allowed as per our society rules.
