The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the shower in the bathroom has a hydromassage. A garden of 800 square meters is available, ideal for 4-legged friends! I live nearby and I am always available for advice or help. The area is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature without sacrificing services. You can reach on foot the "Reserve of Marcigliana" where you can do some sport. A well-stocked supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk (400m) away. Direct links with metro B1 or Tiburtina station. The parking spot is available. The accommodation is located outside Rome and to get to the nearest metro "B1 Conca D'oro" it takes 45 minutes by bus.
