TanyFron Holiday Studio *No Cooker*

Recently refurbished studio flatlet at the front of our home, situated at the edge of the small semi rural village of Bryngwran. PLEASE NOTE **No Cooker or Hob** Seperate access via keysafe. Parking for 1 vehicle on drive. Use of side garden area. We have a lovely local pub a short walk away. Shop/ post office/ cash machine 3 miles in Gwalchmai. 5 miles from Rhosneigr and coast, close to A55 and access to whole of beautiful Anglesey's walks and amenities. Views of Snowdonia and the coast. The studio includes two self contained main rooms at the front of the house where we live, with a private entrance, with the option to sleep 4 people, *sharing the 2 double beds* One room is a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a *pull out double sofa bed*. A travel cot is available on request. There is a shower room sink and toilet. There is a small kitchenette: NOTE:** no cooker or hob**; however there is a Microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster to make the odd meal. Our bungalow is surrounded by fields and at the end of a small community; next door neighbours on one side and opposite are humans, on the other side baby lambs in spring, older sheep and cows the rest of the year. There is a side garden which you can sit in and enjoy the sun for most of the day. We have lovely views of Snowdon and north coast of Anglesey in the distance. Access to the whole of Anglesey, including Holyhead Port via A55; A5. Anglesey coastal paths, Llynon working Windmill, Cycle paths and all attractions of North Wales such as Pilli Palais, Zip Wires, Sea Zoo..too many to (Website hidden by Airbnb) readily available on line* Local childrens play area and pleasant local rural areas to explore. Good restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. Bus stop a short walk away, a local community run pub, and a fitness group running in the local church hall. Contacts with Rhosneigr Private Riding Centre for rides on the beach. Gas central heating which you can control on each radiator, there is a log burner also , for you to supply your own logs. Smart TV with Netflix, free WiFi for a relaxed time indoors. We have our own laundry facilities which can be used for a small charge, for clothes, towels, sporting equipment etc. There is a sunny mostly private garden area with charcoal barbecue, table and loungers for the sunnier days. Parking for I vehicle on the front drive. Private access via key safe by front door. We live on the property and are happily available for information and assistance in person and phone any time as required. Catering may be available if required by request. The neighbourhood is small and friendly and we look after each others interests. There is little crime here ..but we do have two very large dogs!! We are near to the sea on all sides and there are green fields all around with lovely views, very little traffic, no queuing!! What more do you want!!??? ** see Getting around section to find out more about rhings to do** We are central to all areas of Anglesey due to close proximity to A55 A5 but are out of the way by city standards, and 'just down the road' is at least 3 miles( nearest shop)!! Valley is the nearest railway station 4.3 miles and 10mins by car. There is a bus stop just round the corner to Holyhead and Bangor, fairly regular buses running. Local taxis available. Hosts offer a pick up and drop off service if required. By far the most convenient way of getting around is by your own car, which will enable easy access to every inch of the beautiful island. Petrol stations in Valley, Holyhead(Superstores), Llangefni(Asda) and Gearwin(Stermart) being the nearest and cheapest. If you enjoy the outdoors, walking, cycling and horseriding are very pleasant ways to get around and very popular. We are very courteous towards these road users here..please be very careful when approaching horses and cyclists and give them plenty of room and time.. they may wobble or shy!!! Even the walkers!!Remember it could be your family or friend on board!! Seasports like windsurfing etc are very popular as are boat trips around the island. Rhosneigr and Holyhead to name two are close ( 10 mins/6 miles) popular all year round attractions to try sailing and boat trips etc. Many other coastal areas on the island offer the same. If you fancy further travel Holyhead ferryport to Ireland is 10 mins away with regular crossings and daily return trips. The popular resort of Rhosneigr is 6 miles/10 mins drive away and hosts a variety of sea sports all year round. There also is RAF valley if you enjoy watching jets and often visits from the Red Arrows during a practice visit. There is access to plenty of cycle and walking routes all over the island and we are 30 mins drive from Mount Snowdon and a variety of activity centres like Zip world for the more active guest. There are many beautiful beaches and interesting places to visit, finding time to see them all could be a problem!! Or you could relax and watch a film or catch up on a TV series if you fancy a rest!! Sit out in the garden and watch the birds and animals!! Its your choice!! ENJOY!!
