Upperfloor nearby city and nature

The guesthouse ( (ADULTS ONLY NO CHILDREN) is on the upper floor of our home located in Heumen, a municipality in the Rijk van Nijmegen, on the edge of several nature and recreational areas. It is a great base for cycling, mountain biking, hiking in this unique, versatile environment. The historic (shopping) city of Nijmegen with shops, museums, university and hospitals is a stone's throw away. The bus stops in front of the door, station at 2 km. The room is located on the first floor of our house and have a separate entrance from which you get a key. Parking is on private property. There are 2 rooms that you can use. The shower and toilet are in the hallway. The guesthouse has its own private entrance. There is a separate outdoor terrace what you can use. Breakfast is served in the dining room, not the bedroom. Welcome with a drink to discuss the needs of the guest about the breakfast and the conditions of the rental. I live in the house and i am usually present and otherwise reached by telephone. During breakfast time, there is always time for a chat if the guest that appreciates. The B & B is located on a main road and therefore very easy to reach. From the B & B you can take through the Bagijnstraat the decline and go directly into nature for hiking or biking. The city of Nijmegen is 10 km and the villages of Malden and Molenhoek less than 3 km. Two bikes are also available and the bus stops at the door. The bus stops and departure at 100 meters from the B & B and the nearest train station is at 3 km. The price of the room does not include the price of a full breakfast. Additional costs for this are € 7.50 p.p. Breakfast is brought to the studio. We only rent the top floor to adults without children. You must reserve a time slot of 2 hours for the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. You will then have the sauna and jacuzzi all to yourself! The price is € 12,50 per person per time slot from 2 persons. Use by a person costs € 15,00. More info in the confirmation email of your reservation. If you use the sauna, the use of bathrobe, bath slippers and towels is mandatory. The towels from the shower should not be used for this. If you don't have anything with you, you can rent a package. No swimwear allowed in the jacuzzi due to foam formation by detergents !! We will immediately see whether you have worn swimwear by the water and will recover the cleaning costs from you. We expect you to respect privacy and not make unnecessary noise outside due to neighbors and other guests. Check out is before 11am. We have a dog (farmer's fox) but that won't bother you. Our eggs come from our own chickens.
