APARTMENT ŽIROVNIK ***

Apartma Žirovnik is located in a private house in Zalog. The apartment has its own entrance, it is accessible for the disabled, covered with wifi and air-conditioned. The apartment has a large bedroom with a living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom. The house has a large garden where is also children's playground (swings, sandpit, playing house with slide and trampoline) and swimming pool. Parking is free. Breakfast possible. Suitable for couples and families. Our new Apartment is on the groundfloor and has its own entry with free own parking space. Inside the Apartment is the kitchen with dining table, equipped with all you need for cooking. Bedroom is very big and light, has large bed and two sofas, Inside is also cable TV and air condition. In the bathroom are toilet and shower 100x100cm. Apartment and garden have free wifi. The house has a big garden with childrens playground ans swimming pool in summer season. There are a lot of possibilities to hike and bike in the area, you can hire two bikes in the house. In the village are two local bars and one shop. The nearest restaurant is 2km away. In neibourhood you can find many tracks for hiking or cycling. The recreation turist center Krvavec invites visitors in winter and summer time. A winter ski resort with 30km of slopes is one of the best skiing resorts in Slovenia. In summer offers many oportunities for hiking and leisure activities.The central Slovenian airport, part of Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem region, 4km from the center of Cerklje and 7 km from our house. There are a lot of ponds in Cerklje, the nearest from the house is the pond Lahovče, cca 1,5km away. There is a trip point for walks in the natural environment as well as for recreational and sport fishing. In winter is possible to skate on it. In the area are a lot of sights - natural and culture. One of them is castle Strmol, which belongs to the oldest and best preserved castles in Slovenia. The castle hold sa rich collection of historical furniture, paintings and other antiquities. Below the castle is a small lake and the magnificent promenade. In our village - Zalog, 500m from the house there is every year on the 1st of may a big party, made it by local firemen. During the year are also small parties for children.
