Toogoom on the Beach

Hi. Welcome to 'Toogoom on the Beach'. Toogoom, means "a place of rest". Toogoom is 12 km from Hervey Bay which offers all the amenities of a modern city. You will have your own private self-contained flat with a swimming pool at your door and the beach 30 metres away. Guests get their own self contained 2 bedroom unit. The unit / yard is fully enclosed and totally pet friendly. Outside of the yard they have unlimited beach to play on. The flat is fully equipped with a queen sized bed, double bunks and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the tv/dvd, books and board games. A washing machine is provided and a dryer is available on request. Equipped with clean linen including beach towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, bbq, pool toys... All you could need for a relaxing get-away that is like a home away from home. Can sleep 6 people (on a double sofa lounge) on request, at time of booking. Guests will have full use of the downstairs unit, pool area, beach track and driveway. The house area is extremely quiet and you can hear the waves lapping the beach. Sometimes you can have the beach to yourself. Sometimes there are others walking by or fishing and locals are always happy to have a chat. You will need a vehicle to access local towns and facilities. Adult sized bikes and helmets are provided for guest use. 1 x beach bike can be provided for beach cycling.
