This gorgeous little home is located directly across the road from St. Andrew’s Hospital and conveniently within minutes of the Toowoomba CBD. This is an ideal place for visiting family members whilst a loved one is in the hospital. The house itself is very spacious and will comfortably house up to 5 people. The entire house has access to unlimited Wi-Fi. The kitchen is very well kept with a new oven and cooktop, and is filled with new appliances. There is a large living space with a Smart TV with access to Stan, Netflix and other apps. Air-conditioning is also available, which is I am sure will be very appreciated during Toowoomba's hot summers and cold winters. All the bedrooms are spacious with a total of two queen beds and one single. There is plenty of other living space, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is covered single garage, but there is still plenty of out door parking for other vehicles, both on and off street. I live close by to the house and will normally be available if you are having any issues. I do work during the week and sometimes have trips away. If there is an urgent problem and I am not available, I will be able to have a family member come and assist. Despite being so close to the CBD, the neighbourhood is very relaxed and peaceful. It is definitely an ideal place if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay. Again, the home is located across the road from St. Andrew's Hospital. If you are visiting a family member who is in the hospital, this is a very ideal location.
