Luxurious 3bhk sea facing Apartment in Panjim

It's a beautiful home of the Gonsalves family of Campal, Panjim. The house is done up with a lot of thought in the perspective of using it personally by the family hence this space has a lot of antiques and rich decor. The space is very comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Very close to the Odxell beach and a little secluded from the hustle bustle. This is an apartment in a well built-up society in Dona Paula near GMC and Hotel - Bay 15 with all kinds of facility u look for during ur vacation. The area/locality is very safe and peaceful. Surrounded by greenery and sea view & breeze everyone loves the space for its serenity. The space has 3 bedrooms and a functional kitchen. There is a powder room in the common space. The view is gorgeous with a beautiful balcony and outdoor seating. The society has a common pool with a wonderful view. There is parking available at the property. The check in time is 1PM and check out time is 11AM. We can only allow a slight flexibility in the checkin, if the space is available The caretaker will help you with any guidance or help. Note - The society asks for a mandatory covid-ve test report at the time of check-in. please show one at the time of check-in. The entire 3bhk can be accessed. The common pool can be used. The parking can be used. We dont live in or around the property but our caretaker shall be around. We are available on calls/messages. Please reach out to us for any help or suggestions. We are very close to GMC. To be close to the beautiful view and beach we are a little away from the hustle bustle of the city. We are very close to Bay 15 a famous restaurant and hotel in Dona Paula. Odxel beach is closeby too. Groceries are available near GMC, 1.5 kms away there is a local market & a supermarket - Magsons in Taleigaon else one has to head to Panjim. Our favorite restaurant is LEDA SEASHELLS very nearby. Also Grand Hyatt, Cidade Goa and Bay 15 have a beautiful view from their really good restaurants. The food quality at these places is great whether you look for Goan Cuisine or North Indian. Once you reserve with us we shall send you a message with our recommendations and our local picks before your arrival. The bus stops near GMC but otherwise one needs a taxi or self hired car/scooty to move around. Our caretaker will help you book anything required. The buses stop at GMC or the closest bus stand shall be Kadamba bus stand - Panjim. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge. Stelliam Holidays Policies :- 1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 3bhk space only. 2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation. 3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email or (Hidden by Airbnb) if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in. Damage deposit of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) /- (for 3 rooms) – this amount shall be refunded to you on check out. This is mandatory to ensure damage control. 4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 1Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability. 5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) /- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension. 6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces. 7. Inclusions – 3bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utencils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water.Pool & Gym access. 8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels) 9. Pets are not allowed. 10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbours around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. 11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. 12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. 14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. 16. POOL & GYM - Access timing for these facilities is from 8am-8pm as per the society rules. The supervisor will guide you incase of any changes. Kindly abide by the society norms. 17. Breakfast - We provide with a self served breakfast. The kitchen is functional and you may help yourself with however you choose to use the items provided for your breakfast.
