Lovely house in a recently built apartment complex

Cosy flat in a recent block organized on two floors: on the first a small bathroom and a living room with the kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. In this room there is also sofa bed for 1+1 people. On the second floor there isthe main bedroom and a wider bathrooom eqipped with shower, washing machine. On each floor there is a wood balcony. There is also a private car port! The heating is indipendent from the block of apartment. The apartment has a nice, stylish furniture for a mountain house and has a full kitchen with stove, combined oven (microwave + grill) and dishwasher. The bathroom on the first floor is small but sufficient, while in the patronal one on the second floor there is also a washing machine. In the master bedroom there is the possibility of "extracting" two more beds: although there are 6 beds in total, the house is suitable for a couple, at most with two children (we used it like that!). In front of the residence there are parking spaces almost always available and in any case the apartment has an exclusive indoor place, equipped with two bars to hang the bicycles. The heating is autonomous. Guestst will have exclusive access to the all flat The residence is located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the center of Tarvisio. Within walking distance there is a naturalistic equipped area overlooking the stream Slizza. Near the residence there is a restaurant and a homemade pastry. The apartment is about 15 minutes from both the train and bus stations. The center of Tarvisio can easily be reached on foot or by bike. From Tarvisio in half an hour you can reach the thermal station of WarmBad and Villacco. Ricordiamo che l'appartamento essendo dislocato su due piani ed essendo situato al primo piano senza ascensore non è adatto a chi ha problemi significativi di mobilità.
