a small appartement with a big dancing area

a wide space(reception) with a mirror full wall. originally built as an acting and dancing studio.. with one bed room a kitchen a bathroom and a small balconi .. nice decor with special lightening and new wooden floor. TV .. kettle - microwave - fridge - washer - Oven - telephone .. third floor Our place is near the metro and very close to important districts like Abassia and Heliopolis.. our neighborhood is unique being old and traditional yet very safe and friendly people. We have a main open souq with fresh vegetables and fruits , fresh meat snd chicken and fish, and many details. Many of our guests were interested in it. Guest can access the whole apartment with no participabts I will be available all the time.. 24 hours me and my wife 10 minutes from Roxy Square in Heliopolis where there is lot of cinemas and shops- fresh vegetables market - local coffee shops - Ibn sender garden - 10 minutes aprox from heliopolis club and heliolido club - 12 minutes Enfiterion restaurant and bar - 15 min from qorbasquare subway station - buses - minibuses - good walkig route with nice garden (el khalifa el mamoon)
