Cosy Hideway Cottage

A cosy renovated traditional stone cottage with breathtaking views. Secluded and peaceful yet is only a 5 min drive to the local village and its amenities. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini Mountains national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place. This is a traditional italian stone cottage with exposed beams and cotto tiled roof that has been completely renovated and restored. The entire cottage is at your disposal and has parking right outside for a number of cars We live in the house next door and in warmer weather if we are there you may use our swimming pool by arrangement with us. If we are not around then we have a local agent who speaks english who will ensure the house is clean and tidy and make sure everything works. The cottage is located at the end of a quiet road and is secluded with uninterrupted views over farmland , olive groves, vineyards and sunflowers when in season. You will need to a car to get about although it is possible to walk to the local village in about 30 mins. Where you will find supermarkets and butchers and bakers as well as a couple of restaurants, a cantina wine bar and some small coffee shops. There is gas central heating and a log burning glass fronted fireplace. There is also aircon in the bedrooms and fly nets on all the windows and doors.
