Spacious House in the 22nd district of Vienna. Nice, well-kept garden and free parking. The house offers enough space for 17 people in total, the beds are spread over ground floor, cellar and first floor, each provides a bathroom (the cellar even two). There is one common kitchen and three small kitchens in the rooms. It takes around 35 mins to get to city centre by public transport, and around 25 by car (depends on traffic). The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds and and a spacious living room and common kitchen. The cellar has an extra entrance and provides enough space for seven people in single beds in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms next to each other to provide men and women privacy. The first floor provides two bedrooms with three single beds. All rooms can be locked separately. The whole house is included and there is a main entrance to the ground floor and a separate one to the cellar. Please feel free to contact me if you have any price requests for a certain number of people or days. Also shorter stays are maybe possible. The apartment is situated in the 22nd district of Vienna. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly and with a lot of green. You can have a relaxing walk or go jogging. The next bus station is just 1 minute away. From there on you can take a bus to the next metro station. There is parking in front of the house and on the street. This house was initially used by workers who had to stay in Vienna for some weeks due to their work. Therefore only single beds are available and the furniture is held simple and has already been used by those workers. We are currently improving all rooms step-by-step by adding double beds, decoration and many additional amenities.
