La casa si trova a meno di 1 km dal lungo lago di Angera e dall'imbarcadero da dove partono i traghetti per Arona, Stresa ecc. La casa si trova in una via molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato e con giardino dotato di altalena e scivolo e nei periodi di fioritura potrete godere dei bellissimi colori dei tulipani, narcisi, azalee e ortensie. Casa ideale per chi vuole sfuggire per qualche giorno dalla vita frenetica della città e ama la natura e il lago. Supermercati sono a portata di mano. The house is located at 1 km from the lake and the port where the ferries leave to go to Arona, Stresa etc. The house is located in a very quiet road with private parking and a beautiful garden with a slide and a swing for your children. In spring time you can soak yourself in the beautiful colors of the different flowers blooming. The house is perfect for whom wants to escape from the noisy and crowded cities and enjoy a little bit of nature, lake, long walks and leave the car behind. Supermarkets (Conad and Tigros) are very close to the house as well (1 km more or less). Everything you need is nearby and for anything you need I'll be happy to help you out. La casa è dotata di tre camere da letto. La camera principale con un letto matrimoniale, la seconda stanza con due letti singoli e la terza stanza ha un letto singolo. La cucina è collegata soggiorno dove troverete un tavolone di legno e una finestra molto grande. In fine c'è un salone molto ampio con un comodo divano e la televisione. Nearby there are supermarkets and the lake shore and thew city center are less than 1 km from the house. - Milano Malpensa airport is at 20 min drive. - Milano Linate airport at 45/50 min. -The closest train station is at less than 10 min by car where you can take the train and easily reach the city of Milan. -The important JRC (CCR) Joint Research Centre is at 5 min by car from the house. La casa è una villetta singola ed è localizzata in una zona strategica e tranquilla, la macchina può essere tranquillamente parcheggiata nel parcheggio della casa e ci si può muovere a piedi. In meno di un km si arriva lungolago e al paese. I supermercati sono a circa un km dalla casa. -Milano Malpensa è a 20 minuti in macchina. -Milano Linate a 45/50 minuti. - La stazione ferroviaria di Sesto Calende più vicina è a 10 minuti dalla casa. Da Sesto Calende potrete prendere il treno e arrivare a Milano in 45 minuti circa. - JRC (CCR) centro comune di ricerca di Ispra è a 5 minuti dalla casa. All'arrivo si i richiede la presentazione della carta d'identità di ciascun ospite presente. La tassa di soggiorno sarà pagata a parte all'arrivo.
