Attractive, spacious, modern and central panoramic apartment in Herceg Novi. Close to the sea and city center. Shops and restaurants can be found just a few steps away. My guests are very satisfied with both the apartment and the location, and some guests are revisiting the apartment many times. Well suited for children, with 2 baby chairs, 2 baby beds/cribs and available toys for the beach. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view to the open ocean in the south and Igalo Bay in the west and close to everything you need for a great holiday. There are 3 main bedrooms, and a 4th «bedroom» can be made by drawing the curtains in a section of the living room. For flexibility there is also an extra, portable/foldable bed available. A high self-inflatable air mattress is also available. These extra sleeping facilities come in addition to the listed bed facilities for 8 persons (double bed, the bunk bed, two single bed and a double sofa for sleeping). There are 2 tiled bathrooms, each with a toilet and a sink. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bath tub. There is a washing machine for clothes in one of the bathrooms. A hair-dryer can be found in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven with grill element, plates, refrigerator, freezer, micro-wave oven, coffee machine (filter coffee), water boilers, dish washer ++. The large living room has a dining table section, a sofa / TV section and plenty of open space. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen internet enabled Smart TV (LG) with YouTube, arial antenna channels (Croatian and Montenegrian) and also a satellite dish (Astra + Hotbird «free-to-air» channels). The wide and large terrace has a sitting section with a parasol, and also good facilities for drying your clothes. There is plenty of toys and beach equipment available for you to use. Whatever you find outside the private drawers is at your disposal, All rooms and all facilities in the apartment is at your disposal. The exception is the content of some drawers marked "Private". A local contact person will be available. Apart from the local language she speaks English and Russian fluently. My permanent residence is in Norway, but I will be available in case you have any questions or requests (phone/SMS, Viber, (Hidden by Airbnb) ) A perfect location just a few minutes walk from Igalo and Herceg Novi Old Town. The beach with its beautiful promenade (extends several kilometres) can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The apartment is very conveniently located with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. From the terrace you have a nice and close view to Igalo Bay and the Adriatic Ocean. The local bus stops only 50 meter from the apartment. This bus takes a round-trip Igalo-Kamenari (ferry)-Igalo, about 15 km one-way. The bus station is located upon the main road, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The free parking lots around the nearby school is normally full during the high season. Street parking at a fee and private parking lots is close. Details can be found in the printed House Manual or on request. Many tourist agencies arrange tours around Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia. Some distances: Dubrovnik (1 hour) Sarajevo (4 hours) Kotor (45 min) Budva (45 min) Tivat (30 min) Note that you will have to register at a tourist agency and pay tourist tax within 24 hours after your arrival.
