The house has a large deck with hot tub, a great selection of bbq's, and access to your own private jetty with kayaks attached - perfect for a lake cruise or fishing! There is an outdoor TV and music system to make this the ultimate entertaining area. *We require guests to have at least 2 airbnb reviews before making a booking This property provides a relaxing getaway with amazing views just a short drive from Canberra’s city and airport. The house has multiple living areas and 4 bedrooms, two with balcony's which overlook the lake. The spacious master bedroom includes smart TV, sofa, comfortable king bed and large ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are all of generous size. The kitchen has an island bench plus quality cooking appliances while the lounge room features high ceilings, pendant lights and a sandstone fireplace. The deck overlooking the lake is the ultimate entertaining space with a variety of BBQ's available for guests to use. It also features a hot tub, outdoor lounge, and seating for 8 guests to dine outside and enjoy the view. There is also an outdoor TV and music system. The house has it’s own private Jetty where you will find 2 Kayaks and an electric dinghy that can be used for picnicking or fishing. (Life jackets are also included). Kids will enjoy feeding the swans! There is a large trampoline for kids and a table tennis table can be set up on request - as can a variety of kids play equipment. The property has a circular driveway that can comfortably fit 6+cars, and also a 2nd driveway with reinforced concrete for large vans or car trailers. The property is located on one of the premier streets of Jerrabomberra. We have a circular driveway which provides parking for 6+ cars, and more parking is available inside the gates.
