15th century castle, up to 15 pax, pool and park

Create amazing memories in our family castle. We are pre-launching the activity of our familly house and are seeking kind guests who, while enjoying themselves, will help us improve the place and the experience by sharing their ideas and feedback. The castle has been inhabited all year-round and has all modern comfort and features. The castle features a beautiful parc of around 3 acres all enclosed behind original high stone-walls On the ground floor of the castle, you will find three large living rooms (a kitchen, a dining room and a living room), a shower room and a toilet. The chateau has five bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor, with protection barriers so that the little ones cannot access the stairs alone. Among these seven rooms, there are two small ones for children. These two children's rooms and a larger adult room have access from one of the five main rooms. In total, the castle can accommodate up to 15 adults. For Children and babies we have cots and a bunk bed at your disposal. On the second floor there are two bathrooms and a shower room as well as three toilets, and on the second floor, a shower room with toilet. For larger groups, we also have an additional house for rent for 8 more people with 3 bedrooms The access to the castle is through the main entrance which goes up through a beautiful alley lined with chestnut trees to the round courtyard in front of the castle. Parking is available on the side of the courtyard, 50 meters from the main house. The park of the castle is entirely enclosed by high walls and the electric gate is closed at night. The janitor of the castle, Christophe, lives on site in an outbuilding separate from the castle and he will see to your reception and that you do not miss anything, by being discreet. Some bedrooms and the pool are not in pictures as their are currently being renovated. We offer the possibility for our guest to do a late check-out until 6pm, subject to availability, for an additional cost of 50% of one night.
