The house features several sitting rooms, stained-glass windows, wooden beams, luminous vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and large south facing windows. Nestled in lush green pastoral surroundings on the outskirts of a pretty village, this grand maison rests in an enclosed park setting providing a sprawling retreat and an ideal place to relax and unwind. Guest have access to the entire gated property, including dozens of fruit trees and all of their fruit when in season. Should guests need to contact anyone for anything to do with the house during their stay, the local property manager is available via phone call or (Hidden by Airbnb) (which is free if you are connected to the internet). The manager is English and speaks fluent French. The owner has written extensively about the local outdoor markets, local wineries, bike trails, chateaux in the Loire, and so on. She is happy to send confirmed guests all of this detailed information. The house also is supplied with a number of brochures from the local tourist information office. Le Lude and Luche Pringe on the Loir river with quaint cafes, Michelin restaurants, and shops are 5 to 10 minute drives away, and autoroute access is a 10 to 15 minute drive away. There is a local bus between Le Lude and Le Mans. Paris is a 2h30 drive. Tours airport and trains station about 40 minutes.
