While you are with us you may experience magical misty Melawondi mornings, spectacular sunsets in the evening … or even catch glimpses of kangaroos, koalas, echidnas & sometimes (if you are lucky) a platypus! This studio is ideal for a peaceful, tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Relax on the large deck with a glass of wine or a good book whilst enjoying the sounds of nature and beautiful views of the Mary Valley! The modern studio accommodation has its own entrance and large deck as well as some of the best views on the property. Luxury features in the studio include: - Fabulous views are achieved from the bedroom, lounge and spa areas - Walk through shower with double rain shower head - Fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances including full size fridge, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave & dishwasher - Comfortable king size bed with luxurious bed linen - Soft towels and bathrobes - Heated towel rack - Freestanding double spa - LCD TV, Blu-Ray with USB connection and Wireless Bluetooth CD Microsystem with FM radio - Reverse cycle air-conditioner for effortless comfort - Dishwasher - Iron / ironing board - Hairdryer - Electric BBQ INCLUSIONS: Items "INCLUDED" in tariff: - Use of linen & towels - Tea, coffee, milk & sugar - Dishwashing liquid & essentials, foil, baking paper & cling wrap. - Toilet rolls. Items "NOT INCLUDED" in tariff: - Soap, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent weather weather events in South East QLD we have received some minor damage to our driveway and it is currently not suitable for lowered or high performance cars. Standard cars are fine. We reside on the property but if we are not home we are always available by mobile phone. We are more than happy to provide information of the area or recommend activities, places to eat & explore! The Mary Valley is fast becoming a "foodie's paradise" with a few new cafes and places to eat. We are also only a 40 minute drive west of Noosa ... home to many fantastic eating places, boutique breweries and of course Noosa Main Beach! We are located only 10 minutes off the Bruce Highway via Exit 253. There are many villages dotted throughout the valley to explore and visit during your stay. Public transport is limited, so recommend access to a car during your stay to allow you to discover and explore the beautiful locations of the Mary Valley and surrounds. UPDATE (as at 17 April 2021): Please note: The internal fireplace is no longer available in the Luxury Studio. However, there is now a "outdoor fire pit" area added near the studio. Perfect spot to relax with a glass or red, toast some marshmallows and soak in the natural & secluded surroundings. You can bring your own firewood or purchase from us or locally. You can also collect any branches on the ground for your fire. The fire pit is available for use all year round except during fire bans. Please do not use linen from inside the Luxury Studio at the outdoor fire pit area. Please bring along your own blankets and cushions. There is also an outdoor weatherproof seat cushion for use on bench seat. PLEASE: Do not dispose of other items in the toilet. With the recent shortage of toilet rolls - we will provide enough toilet rolls for your stay. Please do not flush tissues, paper towel, baby wipes, sanitary items or anything other than toilet paper we provide as we use a wastewater system and these items can clog the system and result in costly repairs. Also, please don't place down the sink: - Cooking oils - Milk - Antibacterial soaps - Bleach products (including hair dyes containing bleach) These items can also damage our Wastewater system.
