Amidst the tranquility of nature, my place is perfect for a weekend getaway with family and friends. Located in the serene and peaceful lap of nature at foothills of the western ghats in Mahabaleshwar, overlooking the valley. We have a contemporary and adorable villa with open spaces and verandas. Solo travelers/couples/families/business travelers will feel absolutely at home at my place here. It is perfectly located if you want to enjoy a peaceful time away from the city madness. Covid 19 Update Summary of meeting with Tehsildar & Prant madam at Mahabaleshwar on 2nd Sep 2020: Rules 1) guest to be asymptomatic and no existing co-morbid disease. 2) sanitizing while entry at hotel 3) get the staff tested before employing 4) staff to be provided with gloves, mask, suitable PPE etc. 5) pulse, oxygen level & temp chk during entry at hotel 6) sanitization of hotel premises 2 times a day 7) common gathering halls/conference halls to be shut or open with max 15 persons capacity 8) social distancing in parking lots and other common areas. 9) Reception to have protection glass 10) foot operated sanitizers to be put up at different place in campus 11) Contactless check in, chk out process to be followed 12) AC temp 24-30, humidity 40-70 to be maintained 13) Face cover & mask to be worn by all guests during his stay at hotel 14) Hotel to maintain travel history & self declaration form from all guests. Design one for all hotels 15) use of arogya setu app is compulsory by all guests 16) common facilities like pool,etc to be closed 17)e-menus and disposable plates,etc to be encouraged, no dine in for guests and food facilities only to be limited to in- house guests only. 18) Each room should be kept vacant for 24 hrs after chk out. 19) all touch points to be disinfected regularly 20) Deep cleaning of all washrooms at regular intervals 21) Proper disposal of medical waste like masks,gloves,etc. Appoint agency or to be burnt inside the campus itself at an isolated place. 22) sheets, towels, pillow covers, etc to be changed everyday. 23) if any guest is found positive- isolate him in a seperate room, contact nearest hospital and shift him. Room to be disinfected immediately 24) Help authorities in contact tracing with regards to staff who have come in contact with +ve person 25) Proper distance to be maintained in restaurant and room service to be preferred 26) no hotels/ restaurantswill start in containment zone. 27) Daily reporting to be made to tehsildar office of daily check ins 28) No room/property wil be sealed if any +ve person is found 29) if any staff is found+ve he will have to be admitted/ home isolated/ sent govt isolation facilities and rest of the staff members will be tested. 30) Help for new covid facility at satara. 31) All SOPs of order dated 6th July shall apply till further guidelines are issued. My space is a large and spacious, comfortable bungalow with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. In a great location at the foothills of Mahabaleshwar. The Living & Dining Areas and Kitchen The living room is spacious, well equipped, with plenty of room. It has Large, comfy and designer sofas and chairs. There is a large TV with satellite channels/cable. There are huge Windows with a picturesque beautiful view of the valley. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware and the kitchen features a fridge-freezer, cooking stove. We have an attached balcony deck with a seating arrangement that opens up to a scenic view of the valley. Its an absolute delight. The guests have access to the rooms, living area, balcony and outdoor gardens. However, the Kitchen is accessible only for Breakfast and Snacks Cooking. For Luch and Dinner it will be chargeable. I will be personally with you from my first message to you till the time you have checked out. I am located a stones throw away from the property and can come down if required, else we are available over the phone/email for any questions you might have. I am also happy to give recommendations of things to do/places to eat/drink/explore during your stay in this lovely city! Famous Places: Mahabaleshwar Hill Station Krishnabai Temple Mahabaleshwar Temple Mapro Garden Arthur's Seat Panch Ganga Temple Elephant's Head Point Pratapgarh Fort Lingmala Waterfall Venna Lake You can use cabs to get around in the vicinity. Connectivity to major tourist spots is great through roads. I would suggest you have your own mode of transportation to enjoy Mahabaleshwar to its most. I can also help arrange for a private cab for you if you would like. The market and the lake are the two things you should not miss at all. * My villa for those people who really need to rest, enjoy natural environment and little bit far from daily noice and Pollution. My villa is perfect for spend quality time with friends and family villa is 6km far from mahabaleshwar main market hardly take 15min to reach, bungalow located on top of the mountain, so you can enjoy valley view, cool climate, nature beauty, know about strawberry farming and many more. *Their Is a servant who will be their 24hrs for your assistance for your self. And are responsibility that your privacy will not be disturb by him. * Due to Covid 19 we do not provide bath towel or hand towel, request to guest please carry your own towels. Only soap will provide. * The bungalow has been designed for 10 people to stay . Extra Floor Mattress can be arranged in the rooms at a discounted rate of Rs 800 per person per night after 10 people. The maximum occupancy is 15 people. * We have 250l Solar Facility for hot water guest will get entire 250l hot water in daily use time 7 to 10 am. * We have a fully equipped and functional kitchen. You are welcome to cook your own meals, Guest can cook snack's only, meal cooking will be chargeable extra 500/- extra per meal. * We have caretaker family on bungalow at your service. caretaker provide home made food at additional price. Request to guest if have any food plan please inform to him advance so he can arrange everything on time. * In Rainy Season we cover all the Terris with tin sheets. Guest can enjoy valley view from balcony * Mahabaleshwar experiences load shedding by MSEB every Tuesday, between 9am - 6pm. We are not responsible for power cutoff by mscb. * We have inverter facility only light and fan will work after power cutoff. * We can arrange Bonfire on guest demand but it will charge 500/- extra.
