The SMĖLYNAS apartment complex, situated in the quiet fishing village of Preila, satisfies the most sophisticated expectations of our guests. The apartments are situated in the very centre of Preila, in the same place as the former Kurhaus – right next to the lagoon and spacious park. The Baltic Sea is just 5 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by foot along the path leading through the pine forest. Third floor, two-room apartment with a total area of 52 m2 Windows overlooking the park and the Curonian Lagoon (distance approx. 80 m) Number of places 2 + 3. Possibility to accommodate 6 guests (additional guest – 15 EUR/day). The bedroom is transitional Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, inductive cooking surface, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, coffee machine TV, wireless Internet Bathroom: shower, WC, hair dryer, towels Ironing facilities, washing machine in the common space All guests have access to the washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. A place for storing bicycles has been installed in the yard. One free car parking space is allocated for each apartment. We accept your pets at an additional cost. For pets weighing up to 7 kg, the fee is 10 EUR per night, for over 7 kg – 15 EUR per night.
