Wifi is available most of the time but is not high speed. The walk to the beach is short and the views are wonderful. Sit on your patio with umbrella and enjoy views of mountains, a fresh water estuary and ocean. This is a relaxing atmosphere, not appropriate for loud music n parties. Inside the studio everything you could need for a weekend get away. (Owner lives in area surrounding the property) The entire studio is yours and includes amenities for a quiet weekend get away for two. There is no TV, but wifi is available for streaming if you bring lap top. Or blue tooth speaker. No high speed wifi, regular Telnor and is usually working. PARKING: Private driveway is a little steep but not a problem for guest use. There is parking below driveway and you can walk up a slight hill to studio if you prefer. Available for guests at check in, emergencies and check out. Host lives on part of the property, but maintains guest privacy at all times. Located in lovely neighborhood with views and walking distance to mountains, fresh water bird sanctuary, and beach. Perfect location in between Rosarito and Ensenada as well as the Valle Guadalupe, which is famous for wine tasting, vineyards, great food. Drive your own vehicle or rent taxi or Uber to wine tasting country, or the interesting cities of Ensenada or Rosarito. Kayaking on fresh water estuary and Horse back riding on beach both available within the community. Surfing is popular here also as well as off road biking and hiking. This location is centrally located and ideal for a weekend get away as you are only 20 minutes south of Rosarito , 10 minutes south of famous lobster village Puerto Nuevo and only 30 minutes north of Ensenada, as well as about 30 minutes from famous wine tasting and food in Valle Guadalupe. Locally there is kayaking, horse back riding on the beach, surfing, beach access, off road biking and hiking, surfing and many fabulous restaurants. Bajamar Golf minutes away. Much more 👍❤️
