My home is a 3 bedroom townhouse newly built in Ebbsfleet Garden City. 15 min walk to Ebbsfleet Int, trains to St Pancras/Kings Cross London (17 mins). 10 mins from Bluewater Shopping Centre & Darenth Valley Hospital. Private parking. Decorated stylishly and with comfort in mind, the house has 2 lounges. I have a very friendly cocker spaniel, who loves attention. As I have 2 rooms available on Air B&B , depending on who has booked, you may be sharing the family bathroom. 2 living areas both with TVs so happy for you to use one of those. Private parking. On a very quiet road, with no traffic. The house is a newly built townhouse, so you could potentially have a whole floor to yourself, bedroom, bathroom & sitting room. Gorgeous south-facing garden, with a comfortable seating area. 15 min walk to the station, 10 mins to Bluewater (buses available) and 10 mins to Darenth Valley. Beautiful linen, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The dog lives on the ground floor so you won’t be disturbed. Fast broadband. Feel free to ask any questions - more than happy to help. I have a spare parking space In the evenings and weekends, I'll be around. Ebbsfleet is a brand new development in a garden city. Very safe, quiet neighbourhood. Small Co-op 5 min drive away. Also, a large Sainsbury's a 5-minute drive away, and Bluewater is an 8-minute drive with plenty of shops and restaurants. Buses are available in the area to get to bluewater and local towns. Getting around There is a shuttle bus that goes from Castle Hill Ebbsfleet to Bluewater and Ebbsfleet International Station if you don't fancy walking. I have 2 parking spaces right outside my house, which you'd be welcome to use. Uber works locally as well as local buses. Ebbsfleet station can take you up to London or to the coast, plenty of options. I have a dog, who lives downstairs, so stairs have a stair gate.
