The holiday home sits on a large bush block located in Moruya heads, only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful shelly beach. A large deck wraps around one side out the back of the house providing a beautiful relaxing area to enjoy the sounds of the ocean with views into the bushland overlooks the sea. The upstairs of this property also features another beautiful balcony area for you to enjoy. A BBQ is provided on the back deck for your enjoyment and there is an outside shower for when you return from your day at the beach. Plenty of parking in the driveway and off street.
