Enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks the Coombabah River including a 55 inch TV, BBQ and outdoor setting. Open living area leads out onto deck. Air con in main bedroom, as well as another large aircon which adequately cools the other two bedrooms and remainder of the home. Ceiling fans in all rooms and throughout the house as well as plenty of windows to be spoilt by the summer breeze. House is quiet, private and secure. Minimum 5 night stay over Christmas/ New Years . My guests have access to the entire property I am only a few minutes away to help my guests in any situation Only a 5 minute drive to Runaway Bay Shopping Village and Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre. Also a 5 minute drive to Paradise Point’s trendy coffee shops, restaurants and bars as well as the Gold Coast broad water. 15 minutes to Surfers Paradise and Theme parks.
