In our villa in quiet Gerasdorf near Vienna, only 20 minutes away from the city centre by train, we rent out a guest suite. The rooms are luxuriously furnished and offer many extras: - hairdryer, iron, microwave, kettle, washing machine (min. 7 days stay) - Fast and reliable Wifi - Garden - Trampoline - Free parking on the premises The suite consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room incl. couch and the garden is shared. The guest suite is located on the ground floor of the house. We are located in a green and quiet street 20 meters from the railway station. The house consists of a beautifully decorated living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The bathroom consists of a shower, bathtub, washbasin and a toilet. All necessary towels and bed linen are always provided fresh and clean! We look forward to welcoming you in Vienna. We try to be as flexible as possible, so we usually plan check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 10:00. We arrange an appointment for your preferred check-in and check-out times. Please send us your arrival and departure times immediately after your booking. When you complete your booking, you will receive our contact details with our mobile phone number and e-mail address, which you can use to reach us during working hours or in emergencies. Early check-in and early check-out are possible, but subject to availability. The train station is only one street away and runs every 20 minutes. However, it is far enough to not be affected by noise.
