Spacious, romantic and comfortable ideal for a relaxing holiday. Immersed in nature, away from everyday stress. Built in larch trunk with lawn on the roof, it has a unique character. Nearby ski slopes (on foot) and you come back in front of the house, ski on your feet... better than that!!! A large living room with ceramic stove, a dining room for all of you and some friends, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom complete the daytime area. On the other floor, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a small bedroom with three beds. Can accommodate up to 5 people. A large terrace equipped with table, deckchair, parasol and barbecue, completes the pleasant habitability of the Chalet. Important for your comfort: New central heating/sanitary water system (consumption calculated in part €0.95 to the MC. of gas consumed) Guests have the entire house with the exception of some areas marked "private" by the owner The owner will be present at check-in and check-out The mountain area where the house is situated is surrounded by a huge land a stone's throw from the site of the Olympic competitions in biathlon and bobsled and luge. The ski area, which includes Sestriere, Sauze d'Oulx, San Sicario, "Monti della Luna" is an impressive 480 Km. It starts at 250 meters from the house on skis and go back up to the terrace in front of the house with skis on their feet. Also at 250 meters is possible for lovers of Nordic skiing along the track created for the biathlon. On foot, in the case of fresh snow is abundant and can take walks with snowshoes provided in the home. The area promotes trips on foot or by car to visit neighboring countries, such as: Cesana (the chief town) Claviere, Sestriere and Sauze d'Oulx. Going back to Claviere a few kilometers through the pass of Montgenevre was in France with the possibility to visit the town of Briancon rich in historical remains or skiing in Montgenevre. The house we used all year round is complete with everything they need for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. These things will be at your disposal. The house has been equipped this year with a new heating and sanitary water plant, in order to reduce costs. The consumption will be calculated apart at €0.95 per mc. of gas consumed, with relief at check-in and check-out at the counter.
