We offer you our separate two bedroom self contained cottage, to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of Totara Waters Subtropical Garden, set on the shores of the Upper Waitemata Harbour, approximately 35 mins drive (depending on traffic). Enjoy your stay at Totara Waters, wander around the 2 acres of our beautiful sub-tropical garden endorsed by the New Zealand Gardens Trust as a 'Garden of National Significance'. Guests are welcome to wander at their leisure around the garden. We live on site and are here most of time, we are happy to offer advice if requested. The property is approximately 7 minutes drive to Westgate Shopping Centre, 10 minutes drive to Kumeu including various wineries, also within the area are both Riverhead and Muriwai Golf Courses, Muriwai Beach, gannet colony, Woodhill Forest, and there is easy access to North Shore and its lovely east coast beaches. Approximately 20 minutes drive to Auckland City. Public transport is limited, we recommend our guests have their own transport.
