House in the heart of green hills

In a suggestive Franciscan atmosphere, in the very heart of the Umbrian countryside, you will find an ideal place to spend your weekends and your holidays, no matter if they are short or long. Peace and silence in the greens of hills and woods upon the Nera river valley wait for you. The roughly 50 square meters house is restored in a country style, and has a double bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, a very sunny kitchen and a bathroom with a comfortable shower. Outside, you will find a wide garden with a nice table under the olive trees. A small swimming pool is also available during the summertime (mid-June - mid-September). The house is located near the village of Narni (3Km away) and not far from the city of Terni (15km). It is just one hour driving away from Rome or one hour by train. The house is an ideal hub to visit plenty of interesting sites in Umbria, but also in Tuscany, Marche and Latium.
