A 50 minute drive from Edinburgh airport, enjoy the close proximity to the beautiful East Neuk of Fife whilst enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. Perfect base for golfers, walkers and cyclists. The cottage is minutes by car from the local shops, restaurants, pubs as well as the beach. *** Our other listing Scoonie Cottage is available next door and can be booked together for larger groups up to 12 people *** The cottage is situated near the towns of Leven and Kennoway; 20 minutes drive from St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife. It is also close by to Pratis Barns Wedding venue (2 minutes drive) and the beautiful Fife Coastal Walk (10 minutes drive). Ground floor: Living room, equipped with a warming log burner and TV; dining room, kitchen, utility room, toilet and shower room, and twin bedroom (two single beds). First floor: Double bedroom (one double bed) and another double bedroom (one king size bed). There is plenty of storage available in each of the bedrooms and the kitchen is well-equipped to prepare lovely meals in. The utility area has washing machine and microwave with space for laundry , outside wear and golf clubs etc There is ideal space in the cottage for eating and relaxing and garden areas with plenty parking next to cottages. Away from the busy towns but close enough to visit . Ideal country cottage to rest and relax . Most of Fifes' major golf courses are within 20-25 minutes, including the new Dumbarnie Links, only 10 mins away. Fife Coastal Path and the Pilgrim Way are only 5 mins. Whisky distilleries at Kingsbarns and Lindores Abbey only 30 minutes away. Beaches at Leven and Lundin Links less than 10 mins or head along to the East Neuk villages. We have a travel cot, high chair and baby bath if requested.
