Eyes on Blue is in the first floor of a big house, thanks to its upper position you can apreciate a stunning panorama of the 18km of sandy coast. It's a 45 mq house with a 100mq of terrace which surrounds it and which waches over the sea all around, the sunst is amazing from here on top! The beach in front is only 30m far which mesns you could easily reach it in a few seconds, swim a little bit and then come back just in time for lunch wiithout worring about the parking. This upper floor is totally separated from the ground floor, a closed stear on the back of the ground floor will lead you to the door of the terrace. only the gate has to be shared. There's a free parking area outside the garte just in front of the house. Every window of the house has a great vue (like a painting) and opens on the terrace so you won't have to worry about your children. It's a house for families which smells of summer, it's a house where you can feel privileged. You could litterarly see your children swimming and playing on the beach from the terrace...... There's nothing more to ask. The entrance gate to the garden will be the only part shared with the rest of the house.
